Give Me Your Hand is the new single by TRS and will be released May 22, 2012. If you’ve heard the song you know how catchy and how much potential it has! (And if you’ve been living under a rock the past few months, you can listen to a live version of the song here). But the only way this single is able to get anywhere, is if the fans get it there! Between buying the single on iTunes and annoying our radio stations until they have just about no choice but to play it, is all up to YOU as a fan! So what exactly is going to happen? Every day I will be posting a new task. Simple, yet gets the single out there in someway. They are not impossible, difficult tasks, and will be fun for anyone! Each day up until the release date (5/22) there will be a new way for you to get out and promote the single. You will include pictures of you taking part in the task, and email them to me. Every task will be worth a certain amount of points, and the few people at the release day of Give Me Your Hand with most points, will win prizes! so you all know that we will be hearing the new single “Give Me Your Hand” soon! (and soon for realsies this time!)

we’ve all heard the single live and we all know how catchy and how much radio-potential it has… so who is ready to promote it like they’ve never promoted anything before?! yes, the single gets sent to the stations by the labels and management etc… but if they don’t get any requests for it… let’s be honest… are they really going to want to play it? most likely not! we all know the radio has a thing for playing the same 10 songs all day every day. but it’s all up to you guys to change it! 

not only would Jordan himself appreciate it, but how awesome does it feel to hear your little favorite band taking over the radio station!? pretty good, right? (even the ones who want to keep their favorite band all to themselves know how awesome it sounds!) remember love like woe? we’re gonna set a goal for that… but higher! but again, it’s all up to you!

so i’m planning on setting a little something up… soon we’ll all know this release date. and that whole week leading up to it, we will be promoting it the best we can! since the street team doesn’t really do much anymore, i’m taking it upon myself to get you guys back into just what they would normally do, to help out! because I know, just as much as you all know, how hard Jordan’s been working on all this new music! so we’re going to promote this single like there’s absolutely no tomorrow. the week leading up to release date, i’m going to be posting “tasks”. simple, but as long as you all do it, you will be helping spreading the word more than you know :) (the more you promote the more people will be willing to listen ;)) you will get points for these daily tasks, and the few people(still deciding on how many) with the most points on GMYH release day, will get some extra TRS prizes!

so… point of this long some what repetitive post, who is going to be down to help get this single out there!?
